Cultivation & Club
CannaResort DA operates as a private, members-only cannabis social club under Catalan cannabis association regulation, meaning access to our on-site product selection is limited to registered adult members and their sponsored guests, all age- and identity-verified at check-in. Our nine terraced acres rotate fourteen cultivars across a given season, each grown, cured and catalogued by our in-house agronomy team rather than sourced from third parties.
Ninety-minute guided walks through our terraces run daily, led by a member of our agronomy team, covering propagation, flowering, curing and the estate's approach to regenerative soil practice. Tours conclude in the clubhouse with a guided sensory tasting of flower and hash, presented the way a sommelier presents wine — by aroma, terpene profile and cultivar lineage, not by potency alone.
Our clubhouse counter presents the season's flower, hash and rosin lineup with full terpene and cultivar documentation for every batch. All products are lab-tested by an independent third party and labelled clearly, and our staff are trained to talk members through cultivar character rather than simply potency numbers.
Access to the clubhouse selection is restricted to verified adult members of legal age under regional cannabis association rules. Day membership, seasonal membership and estate-resident membership (bundled automatically with any suite reservation) are all available at check-in with valid government identification. Guests who prefer to enjoy the estate without club access are equally welcome across the spa, dining rooms and gardens.
All consumption on the estate takes place within designated clubhouse lounges and private suite terraces only, in line with local cannabis social club regulation. Products purchased on-site may not be removed from the property.
Membership
Most cannabis loyalty programmes rank members by spend or by potency chased. Ours ranks by the kind of estate experience a member wants — from a quiet garden weekend to full access across cultivation, club and clubhouse events. The Terpene Index is the internal scale we use for suite priority, tasting invitations and clubhouse reservation windows.

Wellness
Our spa programme treats cannabis and hemp as botanical ingredients first, using whole-plant extracts, terpene-rich massage oils, and topical formulations developed with a dermatologist consultant rather than off-the-shelf infused products. Every treatment is non-intoxicating and topical, designed to support recovery, sleep and muscle tension rather than to produce any psychoactive effect.
Signature treatments include a CBD-and-arnica deep tissue massage, a terpene steam room built around the same aromatic compounds we track in our garden's cultivars, and a nightly sound bath in the terrace pavilion, open to all guests regardless of club membership.
Dining
Our culinary programme draws on the same terraces that supply the clubhouse, sourcing herbs, citrus and vegetables from the estate's kitchen garden. A small selection of infused dishes and low-dose pairings are available to verified club members only, always clearly labelled, served in modest, consistent portions, and never combined with alcohol service at the same table.
A guided pairing experience matching seasonal flower and hash selections with small non-infused dishes chosen to complement, rather than compete with, each cultivar's aroma. Club members only. €85 per guest.
Open to every guest, club member or not, this all-day room serves breakfast through late supper from the estate's own kitchen garden, with a strong non-infused menu for anyone who prefers it that way.
Our daytime café serves herbal infusions, adaptogenic tonics and a small selection of non-alcoholic, non-infused drinks — designed for guests moving between spa treatments and garden tours.
Accommodation
Every room at CannaResort DA opens onto either a terrace garden view or a private outdoor space — there are no interior-facing rooms on the estate. Suites are organised into four categories that echo our Terpene Index tiers, though any guest may book any room regardless of club membership status.

Events & Gatherings
Our garden amphitheatre hosts a rotating calendar of live acoustic sets, seasonal harvest celebrations, and monthly moonlight tastings held under the open sky at the top terrace. Doors typically open at dusk, with a dedicated clubhouse lounge service available for verified members before and after each event.
Beyond the amphitheatre, the estate also runs smaller gatherings in the Curing House for guided cultivar releases, and private buyouts of the full clubhouse for member celebrations and small corporate retreats.

Company
CannaResort DA Wellness S.L. is a private hospitality and cultivation company operating a single flagship estate on the Catalan coast, alongside a small, closely held private cannabis social club serving verified adult members. The company traces its roots to 2015, when a cooperative of growers and hospitality partners acquired nine terraced acres of coastal farmland registered under the working name Delta Acres — a name locals shortened almost immediately to "DA." Today the estate includes a working cultivation garden, a members' clubhouse, a wellness spa, three dining concepts, a garden amphitheatre, and 22 suites and villas across the upper terraces.

We built this company around a simple conviction: that cannabis hospitality doesn't need to choose between being taken seriously as agriculture and being genuinely comfortable as a place to stay. Every part of the guest experience, from the way we document our cultivars to the structure of our Terpene Index membership tiers, is built to be transparent rather than mysterious. A member should always know exactly what they're being offered, in plain terms, before they choose it.
CannaResort DA Wellness S.L. operates its private social club under Catalan cannabis association regulation, which restricts on-site cultivation, distribution and consumption to a closed membership of verified adults and prohibits any sale or removal of product beyond the clubhouse premises. Our compliance office maintains regular liaison with regional regulators, oversees third-party lab testing of all cultivated product, and reports directly to the board of directors on licensing status and incident management.
The estate employs close to one hundred and forty staff across cultivation, hospitality, spa, dining and guest services. CannaResort DA treats cannabis as agriculture and craft, but we're just as direct about how we talk about responsible use: plainly, calmly, and without exaggeration. Whether you're joining us for a cultivation tour, a clubhouse tasting, or simply a night at the spa, we want every guest to feel informed and unhurried, never pressured toward anything.
Our clubhouse staff are trained to start every new member's visit with orientation rather than a sales pitch, walking through cultivar character, format, and how our lab-tested labelling works before any product changes hands. We encourage every guest, member or not, to pace themselves, to avoid combining cannabis with alcohol, and to treat any first visit to a new cultivar or format as an opportunity to go slowly and notice how it feels before considering more.
Cannabis use can become a concern when it starts to affect your sleep, relationships, work, or overall wellbeing, or when it becomes difficult to relax or socialise without it. Warning signs can include using more than intended, feeling you need it to manage everyday stress, or noticing that use is affecting people close to you. Recognising these patterns early makes it far easier to make changes.
Our Guest Services and clubhouse team offer several tools free of charge to any member who requests them, including daily and weekly purchase limits on club membership accounts, voluntary time-outs from club access ranging from 24 hours to six months, and permanent self-exclusion from the clubhouse and all estate cannabis facilities. Requests can be made confidentially at Guest Services, through a clubhouse host, or via our Responsible Use Support contact listed on our Contact page.
Members who choose self-exclusion will have their club access suspended, be removed from cultivar and tasting-related marketing communications, and retain full access to the estate's non-club facilities including the spa, gardens and dining rooms. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and reinstatement follows a mandatory cooling-off period consistent with our club's regulatory framework.
